Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of home décor and decorative items, returns based on change of mind, color preference, or design liking may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Order Cancellation
